Tour Cancellation Fee

Cancellation Date Cancellation Fee Rate

• 8 days prior to the start of the tour 0%
• 7 to 2 days prior to the first day of the trip 30%
• 40% one day prior to tour start date
• 50% before departure time of tour start date
• 100% after departure time on the first day of the tour

However, in the event of bad weather, inclement weather, or other circumstances that make it difficult for the guide to conduct the tour, we reserve the right to cancel the tour at our discretion.
