Please note that in fulfilling the guided tour contract, we are not responsible for any damage suffered by the customer due to the following reasons.

• Natural disasters, wars, riots, or changes or cancellations of the schedule resulting from these.
  For example, even if the number of days is shortened due to bad weather or flight cancellations due to a typhoon, there will be no refund of the guided tour fee.
  However, if we determine that the tour cannot be fulfilled due to bad weather on the day of the guided tour, we will promptly refund.

• Accidents during free time. In particular, we are not responsible for accidents (theft, etc.) that occur during free time. Please be careful.

• Delays, interruptions, schedule changes, route changes of public transportation, or changes to the schedule or shortened time at the destination resulting from these.
• Damages due to loss or damage to baggage during transportation will be in accordance with the aviation conditions of each airline. For details, please contact the airline you use.
